2. Botanical & Health Disclaimers

While Leafy strives for high accuracy in plant identification and disease diagnosis, outputs are generated using automated visual intelligence models and should not be relied upon as certified professional agricultural advice or toxicological guarantees.

Safety Warning: Never ingest any wild plant, mushroom, berry, or herb based solely on app recommendations. Always verify toxicity independently before exposing curious pets or children to unfamiliar flora.

3. Intellectual Property

All design assets, code, logos, trademarks, and visual interfaces within Leafy are the exclusive intellectual property of the developers.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time without notice.
